David isn't like other agents, he not only takes care of you professionally but he also adds a bit of a personal touch. To him, you aren't just another number/client. Being first time home-buyers, the task of purchasing a home was very daunting to both myself and my fiancee. David thoroughly explained the entire process from top to bottom and made personal recommendations for loan officers, attorneys and home inspectors. David was able to show us over 100 homes, some within a 2-hour request. He is very prompt with his responses and is very easy to reach whether it be 4 in the morning or 12 midnight. He held our hand during the entire process and kept us in the loop with everything that was going on between himself and the loan officers, attorneys, owners and inspectors. David even brought in his other team members for second, third and fourth opinions because he really cares and wants you to be happy with the home that you pick. I am happy to say that we were able to successfully close on our home yesterday without any hitches or drawbacks. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone that I know. As far as ratings go, a 12 out of 10 would be cutting it short. Go with David Lee, you will NOT be disappointed!!!
