Holly was fantastic. Her knowledge of the area was as expert as I had been told. She predicted the appraisal value of the house to the dollar after the first walk through, then got us more. I would like her to make everything in my life go as smooth as she made this sale go. It was a distressed sale because of a medical condition, and we still came out on top. And she is just as nice a person as she is a top realtor. One other thing, my elder sister has some serious medical conditions and needs special care. Holly was so patient with her infirmities and so kind, it was like they had know each other for years.

I met Holly in 2008 when I wanted to sell a Townhouse I had inherited. Unfortunately, at that time the real-estate market was deteriorating rapidly, due to the housing meltdown and impending Great Recession. Holly suggested that I rent the townhouse until the market recovered and recommended the services of a colleague, who also professionally managed properties. Following Holly's advice, I decided to rent out the townhouse and use the property manager she suggested. Over the ensuing years, I held on to the property as an armchair investment. During that time John Trandel, the property manager, flawlessly handled every aspect of managing this investment for me. John's management skill made owning this property so easy that I held on to it for the next 16 years. When I finally decided to sell, I listed the property with Holly and John Trandel, now married colleagues, who produced a full price offer in less than a week and coordinated everything needed to close the sale in less than a month's time.
