I met Holly in 2008 when I wanted to sell a Townhouse I had inherited. Unfortunately, at that time the real-estate market was deteriorating rapidly, due to the housing meltdown and impending Great Recession. Holly suggested that I rent the townhouse until the market recovered and recommended the services of a colleague, who also professionally managed properties. Following Holly's advice, I decided to rent out the townhouse and use the property manager she suggested. Over the ensuing years, I held on to the property as an armchair investment. During that time John Trandel, the property manager, flawlessly handled every aspect of managing this investment for me. John's management skill made owning this property so easy that I held on to it for the next 16 years. When I finally decided to sell, I listed the property with Holly and John Trandel, now married colleagues, who produced a full price offer in less than a week and coordinated everything needed to close the sale in less than a month's time.
